1. Shipping & Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Time: Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 2-3 business days.

Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Princess K Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

 

2. Refunds & Changes

 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or changes to orders once they have been placed. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Lost or Stolen Packages: Princess K Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please check with your local carrier for assistance.
